“We become the stories we tell ourselves.”

— Michael Cunningham

What does the world need that your unique self can provide? Can you bring your whole self to your whole life?

What stories are you telling yourself that are no longer serving you?

What could you do in this time and in this place if you told yourself and others a new story? And better yet, if you actually believed that story to be true?

Born and raised in Ireland (she may have lost the accent, but never her love of a good cuppa Irish tea), currently living in Michigan, U.S., married to a Swede, and having worked in over 20 countries, Lisa is truly a citizen of the world. Her storytelling, facilitation, and coaching skills enable her clients to see the story of their own life’s journey thus far and to act on her feedback to create their next chapter.

Lisa has traveled the world implementing leadership development programs and has earned praise for several of her unique workshops where she captures a leader’s legacy or a team’s spirit via a variety of unique and unusual storytelling processes.

She has 15+ years of experience in leadership development, coaching, and mentoring. At present, she is an independent leadership consultant for Harvard Business Publishing where she delivers leadership training virtually. She also consults with a small, but mighty, executive development boutique that engaged the C-Suite level of Fortune 500 companies to put together strategic solutions to today’s leadership challenges. She coaches executives, entrepreneurs, artists, and those who wish to create more meaning by bringing their whole selves to their whole lives.

  • Lisa is a certified coach and member of the Archetypes at Work™ Guild of Practitioners. She is also a certified debriefer of the Archetypal Preferences™ Report (APR) Archetypes are underlying patterns of human nature and experience. As such they are - often invisibly - "running the show". They are embedded in our inner motivations and mindset and deeply rooted in our values. The better we understand these patterns and the more consciously we use them, the more effective we will be. Archetypes at Work™ offers an exciting framework to understand how people act and "what is really going on" - in our life, in our work, and in our deeper self. Lisa uses the Archetypes at Work™ as the foundation of her coaching process.
